The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent communication and helpful tips for exploring the area. There is also a lift and good security measures in place for added convenience and peace of mind.

The noise from neighboring rooms can be quite disruptive at times.

Had a fantastic weekend in this place! The room was super clean, modern, and spacious. Loved that they provided a coffee maker, kettle, cereals, milk, juice. The comfortable bed and air conditioning made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the historical district and close to the Dante metro. We also loved the fact that there was a hop-on-hop-off bus stop nearby, which made exploring the city so easy. Highly recommend the guided tours of the Catacombs as well!

The only downside was that we initially struggled with finding the easiest route to the hotel and ended up climbing up the hills with our luggage. Turns out there was another way that the host informed us about later.
